Petr Heneš forbidden Chef?
A- A couple of words about you?
P- I consider myself as a cheerful and ambitious person, enjoying life and constantly trying new things. Currently I work as an Executive chef in a Cuban restaurant “La Bodeguita Del Medio” in the centre of Prague; capital of Czech Republic. I am a lecturer and run cooking classes focused on sous-vide method; the new way of food preparation. I am also a chef in the pop-up restaurant “Forbidden Taste”, that pops up in interesting locations in Prague.
P-The main reason why I love cooking is that I take cooking as “a world without borders” – you can combine so many different things together, that a man cannot even imagine! When I cook, I feel so free and happy. I give this feeling into my food and that‘s probably the main reason, why you should taste my menu
A-How did you know about open kitchen?
P-I got involved in Brussels in loft “The European trip”. And hosted Prague Night the March 28
